Unicap Investment and Finance Company K.S.C.P. operates as an investment and finance company in Kuwait. It operates in four segments: Financing, Investment, Real Estate, and Education. The company grants real estate, industrial, all other types of loans, and short, medium, and long term loans to individuals and corporate to finance the purchase of land and properties, and to companies and institutions to finance their activities against securities; and manages a range of investment portfolio and collective investment schemes, as well as involved in investment of surplus funds and securities, leasing service, wholesale, gifts and accessories, mediation in lending and borrowing operations, financing and mediation in trade operations, and health care services. It is also involved in general trading activities; organization of public auctions; provision of educational services; and trades, develops, and manages real estate projects, as well as operates and manages schools. The company was formerly known as Housing Finance Company K.S.C.P. and changed its name to Unicap Investment and Finance Company K.S.C.P. in December 2016. Unicap Investment and Finance Company K.S.C.P. was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
