National Investments Company K.S.C.P., together with its subsidiaries, provides financial and investment services in Kuwait, GCC countries, and internationally. The company operates through four segments: Investment; Treasury; Real Estate; and Asset Management, Advisory, and Brokerage. It trades in equities, including investment in associates and other strategic investments; engages in liquidity management and trading of foreign currencies; and buys, sells, and invests in real estate. The company also manages discretionary and non-discretionary investment portfolios, as well as investment funds; and offers brokerage, advisory, last mile delivery, and other related financial services and market making. In addition, it provides MENA securities; wealth and asset management; investment banking and advisory; online trading and brokerage; and treasury and international securities. The company was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

NINV’s core earnings demonstrated sharp quarterly acceleration despite a tough broader market, though headline 1H26 numbers were halved by a weak Q1 and negative investment revaluations. 1H26 net profit fell 49.3% YoY to KD 7.0m (vs KD 13.8m in 1H25) as the S&P Kuwait Price Index dropped 5.5%, triggering KD 20.2m in consolidated OCI losses on the FVOCI equity book. However, Q2 2026 rebounded strongly with net profit up 57.7% YoY and revenue rising 36.0% YoY to KD 17.0m, driven by a 11.5% YoY lift in recurring revenue (KD 8.7m) and closing the Trolley General Trading IPO advisory.
