Latest earnings call — Q2 2026

Agility Public Warehousing analyst conference, 18 August 2026

Makhazen delivered a sharp operational rebound in standalone Q2 2026, with net profit jumping 114% YoY to KD 18.6 million and EBITDA expanding 67% YoY to KD 27.0 million despite flat revenues. The massive headline H1 2026 net loss of KD 206.8 million (loss per share of 81.06 fils) is entirely an accounting artifact from the non-cash Q1 write-off on litigated Public Authority for Industry (PAI) land plots, rather than ongoing operational deterioration. The underlying Kuwait-focused business is stabilizing, self-funding, and rebuilding its equity base post-Agility Global deconsolidation.
