Latest earnings call — Q2 2026
Integrated Holding Co KSC analyst conference, 12 August 2026
Integrated Holding delivered weak H1 2026 results with significant margin compression as business momentum decelerated sharply from March due to geopolitical disruptions and EPC project delays. Net profit for H1 2026 plunged 24.1% YoY to KWD 2.61M (and collapsed 35.6% YoY in Q2 to KWD 1.05M), driven by fixed cost stickiness, higher depreciation, and ECL provisions despite flat revenue. The negative surprise is that project halts have dragged crane utilization down to 55%, with management signaling no immediate rebound in Q3.
