It operates through three segments: Real Estate, Investments, and Services. The company offers real estate investment and development, management of real estate funds, as well as real estate evaluation, cleaning services for buildings and real estate properties, and security and guarding services for buildings. It also owns, manages, operates, invests, rents, and leases hotels, clubs, health clubs, motels, entertainment houses, rest houses, parks, fairs, restaurants, cafeterias, compounds, tourist facilities, health resorts, sports, and entertainment projects, as well as shops. In addition, the company is involved in the development, purchase, sale, and management of properties and land; execution and maintenance of civil, mechanical, and electrical contracting activities; and owns commercial markets and residential compounds, as well as general trading and contracting, and air conditioning and refrigeration business. Further, it offers development of infrastructure projects for residential, commercial, and industrial areas under the BOT system; trades in financial instruments; imports, sells, and installs various safety and firefighting equipment; and organizes real estate exhibitions.
